The Breezy Point Figure Skating Club (BPFSC), based out of the Breezy Point Arena, is a group of youngsters and adults dedicated to learning and mastering the challenging skills of figure skating. Formed in the summer of 2006 with a handful of eager skaters and very committed parents, BPFSC was granted member club status in 2007 from United States Figure Skating, the governing body of figure skating in this country.
With this membership, BPFSC skaters are able to develop their skills under the guidance of qualified coaches and judges certified by United States Figure Skating (USFS). They also have the opportunity to compete and represent their communities at local and regional USFS sanctioned events.
BPFSC is a non-profit organization run by volunteers. The mission is simple: develop each skater’s potential to the fullest, in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Anyone in the community who wants to learn the sport (including those with disabilities) can join. Currently our members range in ages from 4 to 62!
